We were told what to expect every step of the way, including with emails in the evening summarizing the day’s progress and previewing the work for the next day. The workmen were professional and highly skilled and were a pleasure to have in the house. They completed the work in seven work days, more quickly than we expected. They included steps that I had not seen before, and I am very confident that the new shower stall will never leak. They consulted with us each day to be sure they were doing exactly what we wanted, and they were open to making small changes when asked. There was much less mess than we have had in the past, plus they cleaned up very well each day. The bathrooms look beautiful – these guys are real tile artists.

Our first encounter with Buck was when we had him come to our home to do an estimate on regrouting the tiles in our Master and Main Bathrooms. On a handshake, it was agreed that Buck and his crew would complete the work. True to his word, Buck and crew showed on the day and time as promised, completed the job in the timeframe promised and did a such a great job cleaning up after themselves, you almost wouldn’t know they had been there, except for the beautiful “new” look to the tiles.
